According to reports on Slashgear and Gizmodo, it has been announced that the much-anticipated Notion Ink Adam tablet has been delayed for release until November in selected countries. There's still no word on which countries will be affected by the late shipping date. Does the delay dampen your enthusiasm for the new device?

Notion Ink has announced their new tablet PC, the nVidia-powered Adam table which runs the Android OS and a Pixel Qi screen that incorporates the best of both LCD and ePaper display technologies. It is promising flash support, as well as full 1080p HD movie playback and integrated HDMI. It is truly a feast full of wonderful technological capacities. the Adam tablet from Notion Ink was recently delayed until this coming November. Understandably, the 1080p Pixel Qi screen and HDMI as well as full flash support must take some time to cram into a small Android-powered tablet. Do you think they will ship on the newly announced date, or are further delays inevitable?

Notion Ink CEO Rohan Shravan has announced tentative pricing options for the company's much-anticipated new tablet-format Android computing platform. The products are differentiated to four different price points, as there are two different screen configurations and two different network configurations. The Adam Tablet is a tablet computer currently under development by Hyderabad, India-based firm Notion Ink. It is rumoured to be released in the US in June 2010, and it will be powered by a customized version of the Android operating system. The Adam is the first device shown that contains Pixel Qi's low-power, dual-mode display. The device is one of several tablet form-factor devices launching in 2010 to include an NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor that can support 1080p video output. Are you excited about this iPad challenger?
