Questions and AnswersVote for: Do you use VOIP?
voip | May 11th, 2010 | by Jaswriter
VoIP basically means voice transmitted over a digital network. The Internet, however, isn't strictly necessary for VoIP. What is necessary for VoIP technology is the use of the same protocols that the Internet uses. (A protocol is a set of rules used to allow orderly communication.) Thus, voice over Internet protocol means voice that travels by way of the same protocols used on the Internet.

Although it is the age of cell phones yet we see different walky talkies and devices like MobileHelp being released. Maybe they are meant for children without cell phone. Anyhow, MobileHelp is a small but a pretty useful gadget. You can actually use it to call for help and your family at home can even track you through GPS. When you call for help, MobileHelp team detects it and they call the proper authorities to send help to you. Do you like it?
