Vote for: Is Asus Eee the best tablet?
tablet pc | May 31st, 2010 | by Amasch
Athough Asus is calling it a 'tablet' but most of us like calling it a touch screen notebook or a e-reader. Anyhow, the tablet is really cool and the best feature is its highly sensitive touch screen with a resolution of 2540dpi. Wow! now that is something we would like to see in a tablet or touch screen notebook whatever. Do you think it would beat the rest?

Vote for: Is the Sony Vaio J the best touch screen computer out there?
touch screen computer | Jun 8th, 2010 | by Amasch
Before the J series it was Sony's L series that offered touch screen computers but they were too expensive! This is the reason why Sony probably felt the need of introducing a new J series labeling it as an affordable touch screen series. The starting price is $900 which might not be very cheap but for a touch screen computer it is! What do you think?

tablet pc | May 29th, 2010 | by Amasch
Okay this is no way a competitor to the iPad and not a very hi-fi gadget but it is for fun. It has an Atom Z530, 2 Gb RAM, 13.4 inches LCD with LED backlit and loads more. Its created by Slampana and again is not a very chic piece but for more of the fun loving people. What do you think?

Vote for: What is the best tablet in the market?
tablet | May 25th, 2010 | by Editor

| Apple iPad |

| Google Android Tablet |

| Nvidia Tegra Android Tablet |

| Hewlett-Packard (HP) Tablet |

| Notion Ink Adam Tablet |
It seems that Apple may have been the first in the market, introducing the iPad. However, it looks like the real competition is just around the corner as every major mobile and computer manufacturer is talking about their own version of the tablet. There are rumors about Google's attempt to enter the tablet market with a device that it's developing with major hardware manufacturers. Google has nothing to prove in the OS aspect of the tablet, as we have already witnessed Android capabilities on the Notion Ink Adam and on Nvidia's Tegra tablet. Microsoft joined forces with HP in an attempt to dominate the tablet market, which ended up as a huge disappointment, as the $500 tablet is nothing more than a Windows 7 touchscreen PC. Nvidia recently introduced its new tablet that has 1 GB of RAM, 2 USB ports and a frontal camera (three things that the iPad does not have). Lets hope that Google will meet our expectations.
