Extra external hard drives are very useful for expanding your computer's capacity to store and retrieve digital data, but when you start to acquire a number of them, they quickly turn into a messy jumble of cases and ables on your desk. Thankfully, many hard disk manufacturers now produce stackable hard drive enclosures that allow you to turn your mess of cables and drives into a neat-looking tower of storage expanding power. Which of these great stackable hard drive enclosures do you like the best?

Hard drives have become faster and bigger while their prices remained reasonable and this is probably why most people can now afford storage capacities that would have been unthinkable a few years ago. For this poll we have chosen only large external hard drives with capacities from 1TB to 2TB, which is the best one?

Vote for: Is WD's My Book Studio LX the best
latest hard drive | Jun 8th, 2010 | by Amasch
If you like the Mac CPU then you would love the My Book Studio hard drive too! It looks nearly the same with the same aumnium body making it a tough and solid external hard drive. It is available in 1TB and 2TB capacities. The best part is that it has 256 bit hardware encryption and you can attach a FireWire or a USB 2.0 with it.
