Hand of Greed is an intense and remarkably unique adventure game that puts your reflexes, timing, and speed to the test in a magical, blade strewn gauntlet. Avoiding everything from swinging guillotines to spiraling sawblades, you rack up wealth by grabbing ancient coins, valuable gems, and more.

For the first time on iPhone, relive the classic adventure that started it all! It costs 99 cents and plays just like the 1989 classic, with a 60 minute time limit. It can hook up to your Facebook account for pushing through annoying updates on your progress, though do try and refrain from doing so.

Vote for: Would you play Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction on your iPhone?
apple iphone | Jun 5th, 2010 | by Brandon
It's always interesting to see a well-known game franchise fold itself up, suck its belly in a cram itself into the iPhone, but it's not always gratifying: often, the game concepts are fundamentally changed. Remember Metal Gear Solid for the iPhone? It ran on rails, defying a looooong history of free sneaking. (Linear, yes, but still: free.) Metal Gear Solid! On rails! Splinter Cell swings the other way, refigured for the iPhone, but still holding onto 3rd-person shooting conventions. Granted, this is a very Gameloft-y game-I'm pretty sure this is the same engine as, say, NOVA-and the action is much more straightforward than a Tom Clancy game on a console or PC, but the spirit's still there.

| Amazing technology and the future of gaming. |

| There's nothing new about this. GSR has been there forever. |
For $80, the Mindflex game will allow you to control a small ball and run it through an obstacle course without touching it - with the power of your mind alone. Scifi? Let's not be overly dramatic. The game uses GSR, Galvanic Skin Response, a basic factor of electrical conductivity in our skin, used in devices like the iphone touch screen. The game "reads" your conductivity level using a pair of probes, and translates it into a fan blower on the game's board. Read more here.

As overseer of a deep space mining operation you'd expect it to be a peaceful job. No such luck with a mysterious alien race violently contesting your claim to the territory!

Air hockey is a great bar game that has been around since before arcades had video games in them. These tables operate using a powerful fan that forces air up through the table, making the puck appear to levitate on a cushion of air. They allow you to take the fun of the bar room home to your own house. Which of these great air hockey tables do you like the best?
